As the summer approaches I love watching a baseball game or maybe even a Little League game at the park on Garth Road. And when the sun comes out I need to protect my fair british hair so I thought I'd try Dad's hat on for size. What do you think?
Sunday May 13th, Mothers Day here in the US. Mum got a nice silver pendant with the letter 'H' embossed on it. Yes, I know what embossed means! She said I have great taste. Thanks Dad! In honor of Mothers Day, here is a link to some of my favorie music by a band from Iceland, Mum! http://www.randomsummer.com/book/ You can also buy and listen to their music here, http://www.amazon.com/Mum-(Iceland)/artist/B000APL34C
Finally, it's been a long weekend so who better to cuddle up with than Mum!
It's playoff time in the Championship and Dad and I got into the spirit as Derby played early on Saturday. A good win, now we just need to win again on Tuesday in the return leg. Fear not, our shirts have been laundered and we will be wearing the black and white proudly on Tuesday. Mum thinks Dad looks skinny in the picture, I think it's just the angle that makes his head look big! Either way, I'm the cute one ;-)
It must be the weekend as I got together with Sophie before she heads to her Camp, Wicosuta, and I head to Twin Creeks. We enjoyed pizza and played well together - for the most part. Next time we see each other we can share Camp Nanny stories! So 'bye' to Corey, Justin and Sophie - have a great summer!
As a true gesture of fatherly love and tenderness, Dad chose to get a tattoo of my name in biblical script on the inside of his bulging bicep. I guess he plans on working out! He got help from Anava, a friend from Twin Creeks, with the translation. Even I look forward to reading your comments on this one ;-)
I was lucky enough to catch up with some great friends this weekend! On Saturday I went to the Church Fair with Amelia. She loved the rides. Me? Not so much. But I did win a fun dolphin with help from Pop Pop and Mum won a Lava Lamp with some innocent gambling ;-) What fun, and what food!
On Sunday we went up to see Sasha, Marc and Debi in their new house. With the yard, the deck and lots of fun toys Sasha and I had a great time. It will be after the summer when I see her next - cannot wait!
17 months that is - hard to believe that December of 2005 is that far back but it is, was, and so much has happened. Here are a couple of pictures from this anniversary of sorts!
It's been a busy week, a little under the weather earlier but feeling great now and ready for the weekend. I've got a trip down to Philly to see the family tomorrow and then a picnic with Sasha and the Fried's! Should be a blast, maybe we'll take pictures!
This is the beginning, a way to stay in touch and for the life of Harrison to be further hurled out into cyberspace for all to see. It also saves on postage!
Stay tuned, bear with us and watch as Harrison goes to Camp, Harrison laughs, Harrison cries and much more.
